Unemployment Continuing?

As many of you know, the jobmarket is very limited and a lot of people are looking for jobs. Some companies however are telling unemployed people not to even apply. A Sony Ericson Georgia factory recieved such a restriction from its headquarters. This may lead to an even higher unemployment rate which is now at 9.7%. Please post your thoughts.
